1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
After processing, your order is handed over to the courier service for delivery.


2. Shipping Time

We deliver all over Pakistan.

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other Cities: 3–6 working days
  • Remote Areas: 5–7 working days

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Standard Shipping available nationwide
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or Email.
You can track your order through the courier company's tracking system.


5. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct.

We are not responsible for:

  • Wrong address provided by customer
  • Failed delivery due to unavailable customer
  • Courier delays

6. Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed, please contact our support team.
We will coordinate with the courier company and update you as soon as possible.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or solution.
